The pricing of ‘Our Standard Plan Designs’ are based on a flat, serviced site on ‘good ground’ and does not include the cost of purchasing the land or site – related costs (such as landscaping, driveways, earthworks, etc).

The total price you pay will also depend on additional inclusions of your choice. Regional variations in local authority building requirements, materials, labour costs and products may also alter the price from that shown.
